The bar features a central fireplace around which guests can huddle. The outdoor heated swimming pool is open for two and a half hours every evening; there is also a complimentary sauna for guests to use. A paying launderette is available with one washing machine and one spin drier. Twenty parking spaces are available in the free outside car park; another free car park is located 900 metres from the residence.

The complex features 71 simple, pine-furnished apartments, all of which include balconies and kitchens with microwave ovens, dishwashers and electric coffee makers.
